With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I've helped countless women relate better to their moods, intuition, and sense of self. More than that, I've learned what barriers and experiences tend to interfere with personal development the most. By combining my specialized training in trauma and mood disorders with years of experience and feedback, I have hand-crafted courses, workshops, blog posts, and resources with practical tools that work in real life, not just in theory.

What sets my approach apart is my commitment to cutting through the mental health jargon and getting straight to what matters. I believe that understanding yourself shouldn't be complicated or overwhelming.
